Hole 1 — Par 5

A narrow straight away par 5 provides a good chance for a birdie to start your round. The green is reachable in two shots with a good drive. Avoid the fairway bunkers and trees that border both sides of the fairway. The small elevated green is protected by bunkers on the front and left sides. Forward tees allow the hole to be played 40 yards shorter as a long par 4 for hole #10. A par 4 on hole #10 is a good start to the back nine again.

Hole 2 — Par 4

This long uphill par 4 is also the toughest hole on the course. To have any chance to hit this green in regulation, you will need a long straight drive. The fairway slopes from right to left so proper placement off the tee is essential to keep the ball on the fairway. Favor the left side of the fairway to avoid the overhanging trees protecting the right side of the green. Par is always a great score on #2.

This hole plays 40 yards longer as a par five for hole #11.

Hole 3 — Par 3

A short picturesque downhill par 3. The green is well protected in front and both sides by large bunkers. Tee shots that go long will require the player to hit back to an elevated green. Multiple teeing locations and pin positions always make this hole an adventure.

The fourth hole is a fairly narrow, straightaway par 4... bordered by trees and our High Street boundary on the right side, and with a scenic quarry and a hillside on the left. Players will need to make a precise second shot from the narrow fairway to hold the firm small green.

A solid par 4 that has multiple obstacles from tee to green!

Hole 5 — Par 4

TEE

Don't be fooled by the short length of this par 4!

A tight left-to-right sloping fairway bordered on the right side by a hazard, trees, and our High Street boundary. The left side of this fairway has fescue, potential tree issues, and the likelihood of a sloping downhill/sidehill lie. The newly renovated green has a postage stamp feel. If you can hit and hold this small green, you'll have a chance at birdie...but if you miss the green you will have a tough chip to this elevated green which brings bogey or worse into the equation.

Hole 6 — Par 4

Handicap

Women 8
TEE
Blue 337
Red 240

This uphill par 4 features a fairway that slopes severely from left to right. Uneven lies can make the second shot very difficult.

This hole features the highest elevation change from tee to green, and many golfers agree it plays much longer than the posted yardage. The green is long and thin and full of undulations, and a hidden bunker to the right of the green makes for a difficult up and down. Par on #6 is always an accomplishment.

Hole 7 — Par 3

One of the best par 3s in the region, our seventh hole can play anywhere from 115 yards to over 190 yards from three separate teeing areas that create different angles to the green. The large green is bordered by deep bunkers on the left and right. Putting is always challenging on this large, sloping green. Stop and enjoy the view across the course, as this is one of the most scenic spots in Chester County!

Hole 8 — Par 5

Handicap
Men 5
Women 11
TEE
Blue 482

This dogleg right par 5 is reachable in 2 shots by only the longest hitters. You'll want to avoid the fairway bunker on the left, as well as the pond along the right side of the fairway.

It's best to drive the ball down the left side of the fairway to set up a second shot with a good angle to the green.

Multiple sets of fairway bunkers protect the green in front and on the left. A great risk/reward hole that can yield eagles & birdies as easily as bogeys and doubles!

Hole 9 — Par 3

Hole 9 is a mid-length par 3. The long, thin green is well protected with bunkers on the right and left sides. Par is a solid score on this closing hole.
